Mike Creedy Building Joins Coresteel
Mosgiel- based company Mike Creedy Building is the latest operator to join the Coresteel Buildings franchise network, as Coresteel Buildings Otago.
Coresteel Buildings operate throughout New Zealand, with 25 franchise regions from Kaitaia in the north, to Invercargill in the south.
Mike Creedy Building was originally established on the West Coast in 2006 by husband and wife team Mike and Simone Creedy. In 2011 they moved the company to Mosgiel, where they have steadily grown to a team of 10 and work with residential and commercial clients to bring their construction projects to fruition.
“Our team is excited to bring Coresteel Buildings to Otago and look forward to tailoring the structural steel systems on offer to the needs of our commercial and industrial clients. We’re well-known for our commitment to quality and the Coresteel brand and high standard of products is a great match for us,” says Mike Creedy, Coresteel Buildings Otago.
As the Coresteel Buildings operator for the Otago region, Mike Creedy Building’s area includes Dunedin, Ranfurly, Clyde, Alexandra, Middlemarch, Roxburgh, Lawrence, Balclutha, Milton, Mosgiel and Palmerston.
“Finding a quality operator in Mike Creedy Building has been a fantastic result for the Coresteel brand in Otago. Mike and his team have built other steel structures in the past and recognise the true differences that Coresteel is able to provide,” says Haemish Reid, General Manager, Coresteel Buildings.
“The Otago team already has a couple of projects in design and we will be working towards a showcase event, to fully inform the local market of the Coresteel offering. We are excited at the future growth to occur in Otago.”
