Coresteel Northland Awarded 2019 Franchise of the Year

Coresteel Buildings Northland was named Franchise of the Year at the annual Coresteel Buildings National Conference, held 9-11 March in Fiji.

The team say they were thrilled to receive the coveted Franchise of the Year Award earlier this year and contribute their win to the hard work put in by their entire team.

In addition to this win, Northland also secured Coresteel’s Regional Marketing Award, as recognition for their successful marketing efforts, sponsorships and community engagement.

The Whangarei-based team are led by Co-Directors James Senescall and Joel Taylor, who both share decades of experience in the steel-frame construction industry and are supported by a close-knit team of experts.

Over the past few years, James and Joel’s team has firmly established themselves as the steel-frame construction experts of Northland with a huge number of successfully completed projects around the region. The franchise recently underwent a rebrand, complete with a brand new office located at Port Road.
