Operating as the largest self-storage organisation in Australasia with decades of experience under their belt, Storage King is synonymous with personalised storage solutions. The company has been in the business for over 20 years and during that time they have established franchises all over New Zealand and Australia.
With a prime new spot near Hamilton Airport, Storage King engaged Coresteel Waikato as their preferred design and build provider. Eager to take advantage of the previously empty land and expand their locations, our role was to deliver a tailored solution that would support their next phase of growth while being flexible enough to suit the requirements of different customers.
The project took just under four months to complete and features three large-scale storage units in varying sizes and layouts. The build also features office and reception areas as well. By utilising our supply chain and steel manufacturing capabilities, we were able to manage every aspect of the build and ensure it was built to a standard worthy of Storage King – even creating custom colours to fit with the brand.

Nothing was a problem, even when we introduced outside contractors to install the access control and security systems.
