Coresteel Waikato Named Franchise of the Year

Coresteel Buildings Waikato has been named Franchise of the Year at the annual Coresteel Buildings National Conference, held 7-8 March in Whangarei.

This year marks the 10 year anniversary of Waikato Construction Management’s involvement with the Coresteel Buildings franchise network. The team say they were thrilled to receive the prestigious Franchise of the Year title for the second year in a row. The Waikato franchise also topped the sales charts, winning Highest Sales Units for the third year running.

Waikato Construction Management’s Te Awamutu-based team includes directors Gary and Trina White, and John Morrow.

“The awards are a credit to our valued team, our company systems and our repeat and referral clients.  With several landmark commercial buildings underway in Hamilton this year, we look forward to continued growth in 2018,” says Trina White, Director, Waikato Construction Management.

Coresteel Buildings specialise in specific design, manufacture and construction of steel buildings to the commercial, residential and industrial market.

Waikato Construction Management has grown from a husband and wife team, to a construction company employing over 35 staff with the ability to offer cost-effective turn-key projects.

“Coresteel Waikato has had a very busy 12 months and the strength of their team has been evident given the personal health issues the company has overcome. Despite this, Coresteel Waikato has consistently grown their business with bullet-proof systems and processes in place. You can have faith that you are dealing with a brilliant team,” says Haemish Reid, General Manager, Coresteel Buildings NZ.
