Coresteel Waikato awarded Franchise of the Year
Coresteel Buildings Waikato has been named Franchise of the Year at the annual Coresteel Buildings National Conference, held 1-2 March in Christchurch.
It is the second time that Waikato Construction Management, which holds the Waikato franchise, has received the top award in its nine years of business. The team also received awards for Highest Sales Units for 2016 and Networking Excellence, while director Trina White was awarded Salesperson of the Year.
Waikato Construction Management’s Te Awamutu-based team includes directors Gary White, Trina White and John Morrow. “We were delighted to receive the four awards that came our way,” says Trina White.
Coresteel Buildings specialise in the specific design manufacture and construction of steel buildings to the commercial, residential and industrial market.
As franchise holder since 2008, Waikato Construction Management has grown from a husband and wife team to a construction company employing over 35 staff with the ability to offer cost-effective turn-key projects.
“Nationwide, Coresteel’s brand and buildings are gaining prominence. This significant growth is evident in the franchise network which now comprises 24 franchises. Over the past nine years of involvement with the brand, Coresteel Waikato has consistently been at the top of their game and I’m excited to see what the next 12 months will bring for them,” says Haemish Reid, General Manager, Coresteel Buildings NZ.
